e-Con is a Configurator, so working with it involves answering questions that enable the rules engine to literally “configure” a product or service. The variables for the product and service are defined in a configuration model. Creating a configuration model begins with setting up the model in the e-Con Studio. When you work in the e-Con Studio, you define this model by all features, options, business rules, queries, constrains, calculations, and logic, using real-time data from Microsoft Dynamics.
