Levolux is a world-leading provider of solar shading, screening, balconies and balustrading solutions. They’ve contributed to important commercial and residential projects throughout the UK and in overseas territories, including North America, Middle East, Continental Europe, and North Africa. Levolux uses e-Con models to build project budgets, material BOMs, quotes etc. for Levolux louvres, solar shading, feature facades, balustrades, and blind systems.
The company learned about e-Con CPQ from their Microsoft Dynamics NAV partner. Levolux was replacing their Filemaker database as part of their Dynamics implementation, and needed to connect NAV’s CRM functionality with tables such as ‘Items’, ‘Jobs’, and ‘Vendors’. e-Con CPQ gave Levolux the right solution, one that integrated with NAV and bridged the gap between ERP and CRM.
With e-Con CPQ, Levolux can build configuration models for Levolux’s ‘standard’ products in a simple way using NAV data sources. They’re also creating more flexible e-Con models and templates for a wide range of project-specific Levolux designs. The company keeps unfolding ways they can use e-Con CPQ in different departments. Now sales and project teams work with it on a daily basis, primarily for estimating.
